Hr Officer
Job Description
Sinless Hospitality Consulting is pleased to recruit an experienced and motivated HR Officer on behalf of a leading Food & Beverage Group with a strong presence in the hospitality industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a human resources professional to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation compliance
Support performance management, appraisals, and disciplinary procedures
Assist in payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Handle employee relations and provide HR support to management and staff
Support training, development, and engagement initiatives
Requirements
Minimum 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably within hospitality or F&B
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
