Commission-based (AED 1,000-3,000 per hired candidate)

About Us

We are a small real estate brokerage in Dubai, currently expanding our sales team. To support this, we're looking for an experienced

freelance HR recruiter

to help us

hire five real estate brokers

to start with.

Your Responsibilities

Identify and connect with

qualified real estate brokers

who have experience in the

Dubai market

Pre-screen and assess candidates Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding process Support integration of new brokers into our company culture and workflow

Who This Role Is For

This is a flexible, project-based opportunity -- ideal for:

HR professionals already working full-time who want to earn extra income Professionals seeking remote freelance work Parents returning to the workforce with flexible availability

Compensation

AED 1,000

for each broker who successfully completes a 2-week probation An

additional AED 2,000

if the broker makes at least one sale within their first 40 working days

What You Should Know

must be currently based in Dubai

must have prior HR/recruitment experience

in the

Dubai real estate market

(This is essential -- local industry knowledge is key to successful hiring in this sector)
