We are seeking an HR Officer - Operations to manage day-to-day HR activities related to recruitment coordination, onboarding follow-up, probation period tracking, and attendance management, in strict alignment with approved policies and without decision-making authority.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute approved recruitment requests and screen CVs.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
Prepare job offers using approved templates.
Complete onboarding and employee files for new hires.
Maintain and update employee records on HR systems.
Track probation periods (30/60/90 days) and collect managers' evaluations.
Monitor attendance and timekeeping systems.
Prepare monthly reports for attendance, lateness, and absences.
Escalate findings and reports to the Corporate Support Director.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
