The HR Manager in a medical facility is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and labor laws, and supporting a healthy and efficient workplace. This role plays a key part in managing recruitment, employee relations, performance, training, and HR operations specific to a medical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations in alignment with healthcare regulations and company policies.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and credentialing of medical and non-medical staff.
Monitor compliance with UAE labor laws, licensing authorities (e.g., DOH, DHA, MOH), and Emiratisation programs.
Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to healthcare operations.
Assist in payroll processing, supervised attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
Support talent management and performance appraisal systems.
Ensure proper offboarding, exit interviews, and clearance processes.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with licensing processes through HAAD/DOH, DHA, and MOH.
Knowledge of Emiratisation requirements and Tawteen systems.
Leadership and team management abilities.
Experience handling sensitive HR matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
