The Role
Driven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE/KSA based hospitality company with multiple concepts under its umbrella; our brands include Switch, SALT, Parker\xe2\x80\x99s, Grind, Somewhere and Public. We are looking for a people-focused administrator/coordinator to join our amazing HR team. Based in our Head Office, Dubai, you will be responsible for the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for employee annual, biannual and exit flight bookings and reimbursements, business travel, accommodation arrangements and transportation, if required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintaining both digital and hard copies of employee records and transactions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist with attendance, payroll reports, leave settlements, deductions and communication with line managers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Administers medial insurance plan, including enrollments, changes and terminations and ensures accurate record-keeping. \xe2\x80\xa2 External communication with travel agencies for LPOs, monthly settlements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide employee requests for salary certificates, employment certificates, NOC, Salary Transfer Letter, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist with recruitment documentation and ensure new joiners\xe2\x80\x99 details are complete in the system as well as their files. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring vendor relationships (e.g., third party travel agencies) \xe2\x80\xa2 Support other assigned functions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Updating air ticket trackers, insurance list, letters and certificates. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handling and consolidating petty cash receipts to be submitted to the Finance Department. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for completing employee documents for payroll bank account opening and coordinate with bank representatives for the issuance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure high standards of confidentiality to safeguard any sensitive information. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for maintaining HR database

Requirements

• To be considered for this role, we are looking for fluent Arabic (read, write & speak) as well as strong English communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 You will be an expert in Excel and have strong organizational skills, comfortable handling multiple projects and tasks at once.
