Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
Manage staff attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and school policies.
Coordinate with MoE and other authorities for staff documentation.
Maintain HR files, contracts, and confidential records.
Support performance management and staff relations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum 2 years of HR experience in a school environment in the UAE is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Candidates based in Ajman or Sharjah are preferred.
Immediate joiners will be given priority.
