We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a background in healthcare or hospital environments to manage day-to-day human resources operations and provide effective support to both clinical and non-clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding of hospital staff
Coordinate payroll inputs and monitor attendance and leave records
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and healthcare regulations
Handle employee relations, grievances, and HR-related inquiries
Support performance management processes and HR reporting
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Proven HR experience within a hospital or healthcare setting
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and organizational skills
