Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, handling grievances, disputes, and workplace concerns fairly and confidentially. Mediate conflicts and promote a positive, healthy work environment.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle:
Manage end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, induction, contracts, probation reviews, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination. Ensure accurate employee data management and seamless coordination with relevant departments.
Policy Development & Compliance:
Support development, implementation, and communication of HR policies aligned with labor laws and organizational standards. Monitor compliance, conduct audits, recommend corrective actions, and keep policies updated with legal changes.
Employee Engagement & Well-being:
Facilitate engagement initiatives, surveys, recognition programs, and team-building activities. Collect feedback to improve satisfaction, retention, and overall workplace culture.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement:
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports on attendance, turnover, compliance, and other key metrics. Analyze trends from exit interviews and employee feedback to recommend process improvements.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
HR certification is an advantage
Minimum 4 years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations
At least 2 years of experience in the educational sector preferred
