Assist in end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data (absences, leaves, overtime).
Administer employee benefits, leaves, and attendance management.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Assist in performance management processes and probationary reviews.
Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and resolve HR-related issues.
Prepare HR-related reports and presentations for management.
Support HR initiatives and contribute to employee engagement activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE.
Knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS/ERP).
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
