This role involves handling HR documentation, recruitment, employee relations, and visa processing, while also assisting the
CEO and managers
in business and personal matters such as travel coordination, translations, and record management.
Fluency in
Arabic

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR-related documents.
Maintain and update HR databases, attendance, and leave records.
Assist with payroll coordination and HR compliance requirements.
Support employee relations, disciplinary actions, and performance tracking.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Administrative & Secretarial Support
Provide executive assistance to the CEO and management team.
Schedule meetings, prepare reports, minutes, and correspondence.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information.
Handle general office administration and ensure efficient workflow.
Visa & Government Liaison
Coordinate with PRO for staff visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and Emirates ID.
Prepare supporting documents for visa applications, attestations, and NOCs.
Liaise with
MOFA

notary public
, embassies, and other authorities as needed.
Documentation & Record Management
Maintain and organize company documents including trade licenses, contracts, permits, and HR files.
Track document renewals and ensure proper filing and easy retrieval.
Support compliance with legal and audit requirements.
Executive & Personal Assistance
Assist management with personal matters such as rent contracts, travel arrangements, and cheque processing.
Translate documents between
English and Arabic
when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resource Management, Business Administration
, or related field.
Fluent in English

Minimum
2-3 years of HR or administrative experience
in the UAE.
Solid understanding of
UAE labor law
, visa, and residency processes.
Skilled in
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
