Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent. Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization. Nurture a positive working environment and maintain strong company culture. Manage and evaluate the performance management system. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee records. Prepare HR reports and analyze data to improve HR metrics and support decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role (minimum 3-5 years). Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
