HR Manager - Dubai
Salary: AED 20,000-30,000 + visa & medical
Kingston Stanley is partnering with a growing real estate firm in Dubai that is entering an exciting phase of expansion. They are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the development of their people strategy and foster a high-performing, motivated workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies covering recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and professional development
Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture
Ensure full compliance with UAE labor regulations and update internal policies as needed
Drive employee engagement through workshops, training, and recognition programs
Manage HR operations including compensation, benefits, visas, work permits, and HR systems
Partner with senior management to ensure HR initiatives support business objectives
Candidate Profile:
10+ years in HR, with at least 4 years in a managerial position in the UAE
Experience in real estate, brokerage, or professional services preferred
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices
Demonstrated experience in HR policy development, analytics, and operational excellence
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM) an advantage
