Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
Manage performance appraisals and disciplinary actions
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
Proven experience as HR Manager or senior HR role
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR software
