Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Support organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
No experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
Passion for HR and organizational development.
Background in Human Resources, Business, or related fields is a plus.
