- Handle the full HR spectrum, including recruitment, payroll, training, compensation & benefits.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Labor Law, including contract management for staff.
- Facilitate effective communication across all levels of staff and promote a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement recruitment systems to attract the right talent, while also establishing talent management and succession planning to ensure retention and growth within the organization
