HR Manager

to lead our HR operations and support our growing workforce.

The

HR Manager

will oversee all aspects of human resources, ensuring efficient HR operations, compliance with UAE labour laws, and a positive work culture. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the

manufacturing or fit-out industry

and proven expertise in managing HR processes independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategic plans aligned with company goals. Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. Supervise payroll, attendance, and employee leave management. Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and performance evaluations. Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, renewals, and other government formalities. Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation. Conduct training and development programs to enhance staff performance. Support management in manpower planning, budgeting, and organizational development. Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the UAE (mandatory).

Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices. Experience in

manufacturing, retail fit-out, or signage industry

preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office and HR management software. Ability to multitask and manage a diverse workforce. Immediate joiners preferred.
