Our client is looking to hire an HR Manager to join their team in Dubai.
The primary role is to support and assist the HR team in implementing HR programs and ensuring effective administration of the Human Resource Systems (HRS).
Key responsibilities include overseeing the development and implementation of the annual HR strategy, managing leave processes, preparing training calendars, and coordinating employee training.
The position involves promoting a collaborative team environment, improving employee relationships, organizing corporate events, and updating the HR system.
Additionally, the role includes managing staff archives, providing HR services to service areas, handling pension and payroll processes, managing external reports and data, overseeing medical insurance coverage, developing job descriptions, and supporting HR projects.
Requirements:
University degree or Higher Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
At least 2 to 3 years in the same role
Proficient in HR functions
Able to communicate well with all levels of people
Good writing and oral skills in English & Arabic
Highly discreet and diplomatic skills
UAE National with Family Book
Salary: AED 25,000 \xe2\x80\x93 29,000
