Job Description
Our client is a private company and they are looking for an HR Manager (UAE National) to join the team in Dubai.
Role will report to the HR Director and will be managing a team of 8

- Implement HR polices, procedures and best practices
- Monitor and manage HR service delivery
- Manage talent management practices, including selection and succession planning
- Manage the overall business unit employee engagement, including diversity and inclusion
- Drive and support workforce planning
- Lead and manage the people in the Human Resource Department
- Monitor and manage the government relations and related legal and regulatory requirements
- Minimum 8 years of 360 HR experience with 5 years of management experience
- Relevant bachelor\'s degree
- UAE National with Family Book
