Job Opening: HR Manager / Talent Recruiter - Real Estate

Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting). Focus on hiring real estate agents and sales consultants. Build and maintain a strong candidate database and network. Implement HR policies and company procedures. Handle employee onboarding and documentation.
Requirements:
Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi (mandatory) Experience: 3-4 years in HR / recruitment (real estate hiring preferred). Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills. Must have access to quality profiles and a strong talent pool. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
