Additionally, the HR Manager provides regular reports, analysis, and guidance to senior management on HR metrics, workforce planning, and policy improvements.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HR management.
Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
