Job Description
Key Responsibilities
The HR Manager will develop and implement HR strategies, oversee recruitment and selection processes, manage onboarding and induction programs, maintain employee records, and ensure payroll and benefits administration are accurate and timely. The role involves handling employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and compliance issues in line with labour laws and company policies. The HR Manager is responsible for driving performance management, training and development initiatives, employee engagement programs, and talent retention strategies. Additionally, the HR Manager provides regular reports, analysis, and guidance to senior management on HR metrics, workforce planning, and policy improvements.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HR management. Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
