About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources, general administration, and employee management.The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of UAE Labour Law, proven experience in HR strategy and people management, and excellent leadership skills to guide and support a growing team.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with company objectives.
Manage the entire employee lifecycle -- recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and retention.
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, including visa processing, payroll, benefits, and employee relations.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution with fairness and confidentiality.
Lead HR initiatives to promote employee engagement, motivation, and career development.
Supervise administrative operations including office management and facilities
Manage employee accommodation, transportation, and company assets.
Oversee document control, company legal renewals, and government-related procedures.
Ensure efficient support services to all departments for smooth daily operations.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in an HR Manager role.
Excellent knowledge of UAE Labour Law and government procedures.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proven leadership ability with experience managing a team.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems.
