Responsibilities:
Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and selection.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and proper integration into the company.
Foster a positive workplace environment by promoting company values and ensuring fair treatment of all employees.
Mediate conflicts and provide guidance on conflict resolution and performance improvement.
Manage the company's compensation structure, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with market standards.
Oversee employee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
Requirements and skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a mid-sized company.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Experience with HR software and tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
