to lead and manage the human resources function of a well-established company in the pre-owned footwear industry. The role is based in
Hamriyah Free Zone
and oversees the full spectrum of HR operations for a diverse workforce of over 300 employees.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and Operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance development, payroll and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and Free Zone regulations, and fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or HR certification is a plus).
Minimum of
7-10 years
of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing,logistics,or trading sectors.
Experience working within Hamriyah Free Zone strongly preferred.
In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and Free Zone compliance requirements.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Proficient in HR software and systems (Bayzat).
