Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in an HR role or a similar administrative position preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information ethically.
Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
