Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Manager with strong expertise in payroll management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting broader HR functions including compensation, benefits, and employee records management.
Key Responsibilities
:Payroll Management
:Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees (monthly/bi-weekly). Ensure compliance with statutory tax deductions, benefits, and local labor laws. Manage payroll systems/software and ensure data accuracy. Coordinate with Finance for payroll funding, reconciliations, and audit support. Handle year-end activities such as tax forms (e.g., Form 16, W-2), bonuses, and increments.
Compliance & Documentation
:Maintain updated knowledge of labor laws, tax laws, and statutory changes. Prepare and submit statutory reports (PF, ESI, TDS, PT, etc.). Maintain accurate payroll records and employee compensation data.
HR Operations Support
:Assist in compensation structuring and policy development. Collaborate with HR and Finance to manage employee benefits and reimbursements. Support audits (internal/external) by providing payroll and HR data. Manage employee queries related to salaries, taxes, and benefits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 per month
