operations and also HR operations to support the company's outsourcing projects. The role demands a strong understanding of UAE labor laws, overseas hiring processes, and HR best practices to ensure smooth onboarding, deployment, and retention of talent for diverse clients across sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both local and overseas hiring, including pre-screening of candidates as required, and coordinating with overseas recruitment partners and agencies. Ensure timely deployment of manpower for outsourcing projects in alignment with client requirements and project timelines. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration procedures, and international recruitment regulations to ensure full legal compliance. Execute and manage outsourcing projects, ensuring alignment with client needs, contractual obligations, and internal quality standards.
Develop and implement effective outsourcing strategies and execution plans for the successful delivery of staffing services across multiple sectors and regions
Serve as a key liaison between the company and clients, candidates, and joint venture offices to ensure smooth onboarding, communication, and deployment processes. Support the Business Development team by providing HR expertise in proposals, manpower planning, cost estimations, and staffing strategies.
Monitor the performance of outsourced staff and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations are met.
Requirements:
Master's degree in a relevant field.
5-8 years of experience of HR Management in the recruitment or outsourcing industry in UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and compliance regulations.
Experience managing bulk hiring of both blue collar & white collar workforce across multiple client locations.
Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory
Open to candidates of any nationality.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS software and Microsoft Office tools.
Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
AED 6 K - 8 K + performance-based incentives
