Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused

Client Relationship Manager

to join our Recruitment & Outsourcing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth through excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams (recruitment, operations, HR, and business development).

Engage in regular client interactions to understand their manpower needs, provide tailored staffing solutions, and ensure the successful execution of recruitment and outsourcing projects.

Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and deployment of candidates in line with client expectations and project timelines.

Conduct routine follow-ups with clients to collect feedback, address concerns, and ensure high standards of service quality and compliance with contractual agreements.

Assist in preparing and presenting client proposals, manpower planning documents, pricing models, and service agreements.

Stay up to date on market trends, labor regulations, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and help the Business Development team identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

Master's degree in a relevant field.

5-8 years of experience of Client Relationship Management in the recruitment or outsourcing industry in UAE.

Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory

Open to candidates of any nationality.

Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and large-scale staffing projects.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

AED 6 K - 8 K + performance-based incentives
