We are looking for an experienced
HR Manager
with real estate expertise in Dubai to lead our Team , drive recruitment, and support our growth.Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures Lead recruitment and talent management Oversee employee relations, training, and development Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field 5+ years HR experience, including 2+ years in Dubai real estate Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws Excellent leadership and communication skills
