Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Hiring:
Post job ads, screen CVs, schedule interviews
Coordinate with management to fill vacancies
Employee Onboarding & Documentation:
Prepare offer letters, contracts, visa documents
Maintain employee files and records
Payroll & Attendance Management:
Track attendance, leave, and overtime
Prepare payroll data for accounts
Visa & PRO Coordination:
Handle visa renewals, medicals, EID and cancellations
HR Policies & Compliance:
Ensure company policies are followed
Maintain compliance with UAE labor law
Employee Relations:
Handle grievances, maintain discipline, and resolve issues
Admin & HR Support Tasks:
Maintain HR reports, memos, and correspondence
Support daily operations and office management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
