Working Days: Monday to Saturday (alternate Saturdays off) Office Timing: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Factory Operations: 24/7 (Two Shifts) Shift 1: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Shift 2: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Role requires flexibility to support factory shifts and operational needs

Reporting Line

: Reports directly to Senior Management

Role Summary:



We are seeking a hands-on and experienced HR professional to independently manage the entire Human Resources function for a busy manufacturing facility. This role is critical to the business and requires someone who is comfortable working in a standalone HR role, managing a large factory workforce, and supporting both blue-collar and white-collar employees.

The HR Manager will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, including payroll, recruitment, manpower planning, labour relations, health insurance, injury management, and compliance with UAE Labour Law. Immediate or short-notice availability is strongly preferred to ensure a smooth transition.

Key Responsibilities



HR Operations & Workforce Management:



Independently manage the full HR function for the company Manage approximately 200 full-time factory workers, across multiple shifts Manage Factory Supervisors, including attendance, payroll inputs, and employee relations Manage all white-collar staff (office and management employees) Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR documentation

Payroll & HR Systems (Bayzat):



Handle end-to-end payroll processing for: White-collar staff (monthly payroll) Factory workers (hourly wages, overtime, deductions) Administer HR processes using Bayzat, including)>>: Payroll processing Employee data and records management Attendance and leave management White-collar staff monitoring Visa tracking and renewals Performance appraisals

Manpower Planning & Outsourced Labour:



Coordinate daily outsourced factory labour requirements in line with: Production plans Shift schedules Peak operational periods Liaise closely with Production and Operations teams to ensure adequate manpower Monitor outsourced labour usage and support cost control initiatives

Recruitment & Onboarding:



Manage and support recruitment for: Factory workers Factory supervisors White-collar staff Coordinate job postings, screening, interviews, offer letters, and onboarding Ensure recruitment aligns with production and operational requirements

Health Insurance & Employee Welfare:



Manage health insurance policies for: Factory workers White-collar staff Handle employee additions, deletions, renewals, and insurance coordination Process insurance reimbursements related to factory worker injuries

Injury Management & Compliance:



Handle all workplace injury cases involving factory workers Coordinate with: Medical facilities Insurance providers Internal production, safety, and management teams Ensure injury cases are managed efficiently, in compliance with UAE Labour Law, and in the best interest of the company Maintain proper documentation and reporting for all incidents

Employee Relations & Discipline:



Address employee grievances, disciplinary cases, and warnings Support management in enforcing policies, attendance discipline, and workplace standards Act as the liaison between management, supervisors, and factory workers Maintain positive employee relations while ensuring operational discipline

Requirements & Qualifications



Education:



Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience:



5-7 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment Proven experience working in a standalone HR role Experience managing large blue-collar workforces and shift-based operations Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visas, payroll, and HR compliance

Skills & Competencies:



Strong organizational and multitasking skills High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu is a strong advantage) Ability to work independently and handle pressure Practical, problem-solving mindset High level of professionalism and confidentiality

Preferred Candidate Profile:



Immediate or short-notice availability Experience in food manufacturing or industrial facilities Familiarity with Bayzat HR systems Comfortable working with both factory and office employees
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
