HR Manager
to lead our human resources initiatives and support the growth and development of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
Oversee payroll, benefits, and compliance with labor laws.
Support staff development, performance management, and training programs.
Foster a positive workplace culture, ensuring employee engagement and satisfaction.
Handle employee relations and conflict resolution professionally.
Requirements:
5 to 10 years of proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in hospitality or service industry.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and hospitality industry standards.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
