We are seeking a proactive and experienced
HR Manager
to join our healthcare team at the
Nauru Medical Centre
. The ideal candidate will oversee full-cycle HR operations, ensuring effective workforce planning, HR compliance, recruitment, and employee relations to support a professional and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations and personnel matters.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, deployment, performance evaluation, and exit procedures.
Ensure compliance with local labour laws, company policies, and contractual obligations.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately and securely.
Support training, professional development, and staff welfare initiatives.
Mediate employee issues and promote a positive and respectful workplace culture.
Coordinate travel, rotation schedules, and contract renewals for visiting medical staff.
Work closely with management to align HR strategies with facility goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum
5-10 years HR management experience
, preferably in
healthcare or international workforce environments
.
Strong understanding of HR policies, employee relations, and cross-cultural team management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
