Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Attendance Management.
Payroll Management.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Performance Evaluation.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Maintaining timely correspondence with Insurance Company to add new staff and delete resigned or terminated employee.
Responsible for the implementation of Company code of conduct and to ensure that all the staffs are adhering to the code of conduct.
Preparing and implementing Employee .
Assisting auditors for HR audit.
Developing strong relationships with cross-functional teams and departments.
Communicating with MOHRE, Tawafuq, GPSSA and PASI.
Oversee Emiratization initiatives.
Communicating with PRO for processing and obtaining visa for new employees & cancellation.
