Our client a leading educational institution in the UAE, who are dedicated to providing quality education in a nurturing environment, are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a minimum of 3 years of UAE-specific HR experience in the education sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures tailored to the UAE education sector. - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including onboarding new staff. - Resolve employee relations issues and implement disciplinary actions when necessary. - Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations. - Support employee development and engagement initiatives. - Monitor HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making. - Stay up-to-date with HR best practices specific to the UAE education sector.
Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a school or educational institution in the UAE. - Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations. - Proven experience in policy development, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities. - Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. - CIPD certification is a plus
