Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
HR professional with a strong background in the Dubai real estate industry
. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise inrecruitment, talent acquisition, and building teams specifically within real estate brokerages and development firms
.Your role will focus on:
Identifying, attracting, and hiring top-performing real estate professionals (brokers, sales agents, property consultants, and support staff). Using innovative sourcing methods to bring in
high-quality candidates
. Ensuring smooth recruitment processes and helping build a strong workforce aligned with our company goals.If you have prior experience in HR for a
real estate company in Dubai
and a strong network of potential candidates, we would love to hear from you.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
Experience:
* Real Estate : 1 year (Preferred)
