Job Description

800CarGuru is a large, fast-growing automotive and mobility services company operating across roadside assistance, fleet operations, service centers, call centers, and B2B contracts.

We are looking for an

HR Manager

who can

measure employee performance properly

and

hire strong talent at scale

.This is

not an admin HR role

. This role exists to build a

performance-driven organization

.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



1. Employee Performance Management (PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY)



Design and implement

role-based KPIs

across departments Create

monthly and quarterly performance reports

for: Operations*
Service centers*
Call centers*
Sales*
Support teams*
Manage

performance reviews

and rating cycles Identify underperformance early and run

Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)

Provide clear performance data to managers and COO for decision-making Maintain documentation for promotions, warnings, and exits .

2. Talent Acquisition & Hiring Quality



Own the

end-to-end hiring process

(screening ? interview ? onboarding) Improve

quality of hires

, not just speed Design structured interview frameworks Train managers on

how to interview effectively

Reduce early attrition and bad hires Oversee onboarding and first-90-day success of new hires

3. HR Governance & Discipline



Maintain

clear job descriptions

for all roles Ensure reporting lines are followed (no bypassing) Support COO in people-related decisions Enforce policies consistently Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws

4. HR Operations (SECONDARY)



Attendance & leave management Payroll coordination with Finance HR records and documentation

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS



5-8 years

of HR experience Minimum

3+ years

in: Performance management*
Talent acquisition*
Experience in

operations-heavy environments preferred: Automotive*
Logistics*
Call centers*
Retail chains*
Service businesse*s
Proven experience creating: KPIs*
Performance reports*
Hiring frameworks*
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws Comfortable handling

difficult conversations and exits

Data-driven and structured Confident and firm, not overly emotional Strong communicator with managers Able to work independently Respects hierarchy and governance Comfortable saying "no" when needed

Clear performance reports across departments Underperformance identified and addressed Hiring quality visibly improved Reduced attrition in first 90 days Leadership no longer involved in HR firefighting
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
