We're Hiring: HR Manager (Mortgage Industry - UAE)
We are looking for an
HR Manager
with prior exposure to themortgage / banking / financial services sector
to manage and strengthen our growing team.Key Requirements:
2-3 years of
UAE HR experience
Prior knowledge ofmortgage, banking, or financial services
environment Strong understanding ofUAE labor law
, visas, onboarding, and compliance Experience inrecruitment, performance management, and employee relations
Ability to work closely with sales, operations, and management teams Excellent communication and organizational skillsKey Responsibilities:
End-to-end
recruitment
for mortgage advisors and operations roles Employee onboarding, documentation, and HR compliance Managing performance reviews, payroll coordination, and HR policies Supporting management with workforce planning and HR strategy Ensuring a positive and compliant work cultureWhat We Offer:
