Role Summary
We are seeking an accomplished
HR Manager
to lead the Human Resources function across our hospitality and corporate divisions. This is a
strategic and hands-on leadership role

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR Leadership
Act as a trusted partner to senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure, and talent strategy
Design and implement scalable HR systems aligned with the company's growth and brand positioning
Support leadership with succession planning and team capability development
HR Operations & Governance
Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and exits
Draft, implement, and maintain HR policies, SOPs, employee handbooks, and internal governance frameworks
Ensure full compliance with
UAE Labour Law
, internal audits, and regulatory requirements
Talent Acquisition & Performance Management
Lead recruitment for hospitality operations, guest services, housekeeping, sales, finance, and leadership roles
Design performance management frameworks, KPIs, appraisal cycles, and incentive structures
Manage disciplinary procedures, performance improvement plans, and grievance resolution
Employee Relations & Culture
Foster a professional, accountable, and service-oriented workplace culture
Handle employee relations matters with discretion, fairness, and consistency
Drive employee engagement, retention initiatives, and internal communication standards
Compliance & Documentation
Oversee employment contracts, visa processing, HR documentation, and personnel files
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of HR data and reporting
Coordinate with PROs, payroll teams, and external consultants as required
Ideal Candidate Profile
5+ years of progressive HR experience
, preferably within luxury hospitality, real estate, or service-driven environments
Proven experience in building HR systems in growing organizations
Strong expertise in
UAE Labour Law
, compliance, and HR best practices
Confident leadership presence with polished communication and high discretion
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of operating independently
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline
HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) are an advantage
