Key Responsibilities
Oversee performance review processes and coach managers on effective feedback.
Track employee progress and support professional development plans.
Develop performance improvement strategies.
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Oversee payroll coordination and benefits administration.
Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and personnel files.
Conduct performance appraisals and support department managers.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with UAE Labor Law.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum
5+ years of HR experience
, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of
UAE Labor Law
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
