Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead recruitment for maintenance technicians, cleaners, electricians, plumbers, HVAC specialists, and supervisors. Conduct interviews, background checks, onboarding, and contract preparation. Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and staff welfare. Oversee performance management, KPIs, and annual reviews. Coordinate training in safety, equipment handling, and technical skills. Ensure compliance with labour laws, safety regulations, and internal policies. Support manpower planning and scheduling for maintenance projects.
Requirements
3-7 years of HR experience as HR Executive(preferred in facilities management, construction, or maintenance). Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Experience hiring technical and skilled trade workers is an advantage. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
