Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
HR Manager
to lead and manage all human resource functions for our interior fit-out contracting company. The ideal candidate must have strong experience inblue-collar recruitment
--particularly carpenters, painters, electricians, gypsum workers, and other site labor roles--along with solid knowledge of HR processes and UAE labor regulations.Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end
blue-collar and staff recruitment
for project and office needs Manage onboarding, contracts, employee records, and documentation Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems Coordinate with project managers regarding manpower requirements Oversee payroll inputs, attendance monitoring, and employee relations Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards Support overall organizational development and HR planningQualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience as
HR Manager
in construction or interior fit-out is required Strong background inblue-collar recruitment
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills Familiar with HR systems, MS Office, and labor law requirementsHow to Apply
