Job Responsibilities
Manage the full HR department and HR operations
Handle Recruitment, Hiring, Onboarding & Offboarding
Manage Payroll, Attendance & WPS
Employee Relations, Grievance Handling & Discipline
Coordinate Visa Processing, Renewals & PRO tasks
Maintain Employee Records & HR Database
Develop HR Policies, SOPs & Performance KPIs
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law (MOHRE)
Conflict resolution and employee performance evaluation
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of HR experience (UAE experience preferred)
Bachelor's Degree in HR / Business / Relevant Field
Strong communication skills (English + Urdu preferred)
Good knowledge of MS Office & HR Software
Strong leadership, decision-making & problem-solving skills
