AED4,000 to AED6,000We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead all aspects of human resources and support our operations at Easyline Delivery Services.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee overall HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations Develop and implement HR policies and procedures Manage employee performance and development Foster recruitment strategies to attract top talent and support employee growth Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations Cultivate a positive company culture and resolve workplace issues Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR within the UAE Master's degree required
