Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to selection and onboarding.
Coordinate the onboarding process and ensure smooth integration of new employees.
Oversee leave and attendance management, track employee absences, and generate monthly payroll and WPS reports.
Manage the full employee visa and renewal process in coordination with PRO and government portals.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, policies, and procedures.
Maintain accurate and updated HR records, including employee files and HR databases.
Implement performance appraisal systems and employee training programs to enhance engagement and development.
Support management in resolving employee conflicts and grievances, promoting a healthy and positive work environment.
Respond to employee queries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure HR processes comply with UAE labor and immigration regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4-6 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction or contracting sector within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and WPS payroll procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
