Human Resources Manager the complete employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, leave management, and offboarding. Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in line with UAE Labour Law. Handle visa processing, renewals, medicals, Emirates ID, insurance, and other PRO-related coordination. Manage payroll processing, WPS submissions, and overtime calculations. Prepare and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance with MOL/MOHRE .Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
