HR Manager - Interior Fit-out Industry (UAE Experience Required)

Based on experienceJob Responsibilities:
Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and payroll. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with company objectives. Manage manpower planning and coordinate with project teams for resource requirements. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations. Handle visa processing, renewals, and other HR administrative activities through government portals (MOHRE, Tasheel, Immigration, etc.). Maintain employee records and ensure accurate HR documentation. Manage training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance. Support management in handling disciplinary issues and grievance procedures. Foster a positive work culture and employee engagement environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience in the
Interior Fit-out / Construction
industry in UAE. Strong knowledge ofUAE Labour Law
and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED27,000.00 per month
