Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with UAE Labour Law.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee life cycle processes.
Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
Support training, development, and succession planning initiatives.
Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation for audits and compliance.
Advise management on HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
10+ years of HR experience, including managerial responsibilities.
In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR procedures.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
Professional certifications (CIPD, SHRM, CHRP) preferred.
Immediate joiner preferred.
