Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process -- sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation.
Oversee employee relations and handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Maintain compliance with
UAE Labour Law
, visas, and employment contracts.
Lead the performance management and appraisal process.
Manage compensation and benefits structures in coordination with management.
Ensure HR policies are up to date and effectively communicated across departments.
Supervise payroll processing and coordinate with PRO for visa and government formalities.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.
Maintain HR metrics and prepare management reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum
3.5+ years of HR experience
, with at least
3 years in a managerial role
in the UAE.
Strong understanding of
UAE Labour Law
and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software (HRMS) and MS Office applications.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent).
Experience in a multicultural corporate environment.
Proven track record in organizational development or talent management.
