Job Summary:
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. The role ensures that HR policies and practices are effectively implemented to support organizational goals and maintain a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, offers).
Prepare employment contracts and new hire documentation.
Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees.
Maintain candidate and employee databases.
2. Employee Relations
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances.
Support disciplinary actions and conflict resolution in accordance with company policy.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
3. HR Administration
Maintain and update employee records and HR systems (attendance, leaves, payroll inputs).
Prepare HR-related reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law (or applicable jurisdiction).
4. Performance Management
Support managers in implementing performance appraisal systems.
Track employee KPIs, feedback, and training needs.
Assist in employee recognition and development programs.
5. Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate workshops or learning sessions.
Maintain records of employee training and certifications.
6. Policy & Compliance
Implement and update HR policies and procedures.
Ensure all HR practices align with legal and ethical standards.
Manage visa, labor card, and related documentation (if applicable).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in HR or related administrative roles.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., Manatal, BambooHR, or similar ATS/HRIS).
