Hr Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of human resources practices, ensuring a positive work culture, effective people management, and compliance with UAE labor laws. As an HR Manager, you'll play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development -- helping us attract, retain, and grow top talent.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the company's goals.
- Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new hires.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement programs.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company regulations.
- Manage payroll, employee benefits, and leave records in coordination with the finance team.
- Conduct performance reviews and assist managers with development plans.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR systems.
- Promote a healthy, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture.
